What are the center's opening hours?

We are open for many hours, and within our schedule there are sessions every 45 minutes. Monday to Friday from 6:45 AM to 9:45 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:15 PM.

What happens to the sessions I don’t use in a month?

Don’t worry, you don’t lose them. As long as you have an active package, your sessions are valid for up to 1 year, so if you have any sessions left over in a month, you can use them later.

What happens if I can’t train for a month?

You have several options: you can save those sessions and resume them when you return to help you get back in shape faster, or you can freeze the month. It works like pausing your subscription: we don’t charge you for that month or deduct sessions, and the following month everything returns to normal.

No problem. Even though you train in small groups (maximum 3 people), you will still have a fully personalized training program, regardless of your level.

If there are 3 of us training, do we all do the same routine?

No. Even in small groups, each person has their own personalized routine. The group provides motivation, but everyone follows their own plan.

Will I always have the same trainer?

It depends on the time you come to train. We try to keep trainers on fixed schedules, so if you always come at the same time slot, it is most likely you will train with the same trainer.
